Recent Updates -
11/16/09 - Added images of several Hebron units - Squad 364 & 365, Boat 369 and a couple of support vehicles. Also added image of Burlington Squad 714.
10/23/09 - Added several images of ambulances/medic units to their respective department pages - Edgewood Ambulance 164, Independence Medics 463 & 464 and Taylor Mill Ambulance 814. Also added a few support units for these departments.
10/9/09 - General update of Fort Mitchell - added images of Fort Mitchell Ambulance 14 / Ambulance 16 and added photos of the ambulance bays to the additional station images page. Also refreshed photography on the detail pages for Engine 3, Truck 10 and Rescue 24.
10/2/09 - Walton dedicated their new fire station on September 26. The Walton department page has been updated with images of the new station. Also added images of Walton's ambulances and brush truck.
9/10/09 - Updated Covington and the new deliveries section for the 1997 Spartan / Hackney now assigned to Rescue 1. This apparatus was purchased from the Central Campbell Fire District, where it served as Rescue 420. The 1996 Freightliner / Ferrara previously assigned to Rescue 1 is now a dedicated reserve and has been designated as Rescue 2.
9/2/09 - Added new pages for Crescent Spring's classic 1922 REO and 1954 Ahrens Fox. Also refreshed photography on several Crescent Spings apparatus pages including Truck 510.
8/28/09 - The Boone County Fire Investigation Unit (1520) is currently quartered at the Point Pleasant fire district. The Point Pleasant department page has been updated for this, and the Erlanger Station 1 page has been updated for the new trailer assigned to Special Operations 73. This trailer provides additional equipment that cannot be carried on Rescue 74 and enhances Erlanger's technical rescue capabilities.
7/14/09 - Effective July 1, Alexandria is now providing ALS service for their own district along with several other Campbell County departments. A new paramedic chase vehicle has been placed into service as Medic 191 and covers Alexandria, Melbourne and Campbell County Fire District 1. A second chase vehicle (Medic 192) has gone into service and is covering Wilder and Southgate. An image of Medic 191 has been added to the Alexandria page. Also added images of Burlington Squad 715 and Florence Squad 115 - both are ALS ambulances.
6/17/09 - Erlanger has received a 2009 Ford / Horton for Ambulance 64. Updated Erlanger Station 1 page for this and added new images of Erlanger Truck 60 and Rescue 74 to their respective detail pages. Also added images of Elsmere Ambulance 415 and Point Pleasant Squad 64 to their department pages.
6/1/09 - Added a department page for Union, still a few images to add but it is well underway.
5/27/09 - Added a bunch of medic/ambulance units to their respective department pages - Newport Medic 982, Bellevue Medic 280, Central Campbell Medic 482 and Bromley Ambulance 264.
4/30/09 - Added a department page for Kenton and an apparatus page for Kenton Unit 924 - additional Kenton apparatus pages will be up shortly. In department news, last week Kenton received a 2009 Chevy / Horton 4WD ambulance for Squad 914. Finally, many thanks to the Kenton firefighters for the hospitality during a recent visit.
3/27/09 - Large update of Covington - added apparatus detail pages for the new E1 & E6, plus pages for E2, E5, T7 and Covington Water Rescue.
3/6/09 - Updated image of Union Engine 651 in the new deliveries section with spec info.
3/4/09 - Wilder Engine 1402 has been retired, and the department currently has a rescue pumper on order with Sutphen, delivery will be later this year. Alexandria has received their new Spartan / Summit heavy rescue for R120.
2/18/09 - Updated new deliveries section for Walton Quint 301. Also updated Walton department page for the new arrival, and added detail pages for each of Walton's current apparatus.
