News/Updates:

06/20 -  Covington received a pair of new Ford / Demers for Ambulance 3 and Ambulance 4.

12/19 - Covington purchased a 2014 Ford / Horton ambulance from Sharonville (OH) to be a dedicated spare unit.

03/18 - The new Seagrave tiller for Truck 1 was placed into service.

12/17 - Pumper 8 placed into service the 2008 Seagrave previosuly assigned to Pumper 6.

10/17 - Pumper 5 placed into service the 2008 Seagrave previously assigned to Pumper 2.

06/17 - Covington received two new Seagrave fire engines for Pumper 2 and Pumper 6.

05/17 - Covington placed into service a pair of Ford / Demers  with Ambulance 1 and Ambulance 2.

03/11 - Covington has received a new fire boat from Metalcraft Marine.

12/09 - Covington placed into service a new Ford / Wheeled Coach at Ambulance 1.

06/09 - Covington purchased a 1997 Spartan / Hackney from Central Campbell, KY for Rescue 1.  The 1996 Freightliner / Ferrara previously assigned to R1 is now a dedicated reserve and is designated as Rescue 2.

11/08 - Two new Seagrave pumpers have arrived and been assigned to Engine 1 and Engine 6.  The 1996 Seagrave previously assigned to E1 has been moved to E2 and the 2001 Spartan / Summit previously assigned to E6 has been moved to E8.  The 1999 Spartan / Precision previously assigned to E8 is now a dedicated reserve - E3.

01/08 - Covington currently has two Seagrave engines on order for delivery in 2008.
