The combination paid/volunteer fire department operates out of a single station and protects an unicorporated area of Boone County, The area protected is primarily industrial with a small amount of residential structures. This progressive department participates with Erlanger on a Tactical Rescue Team (TRT) and is a designated mutual aid responder to the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky (CVG) airport.
