This station is located directly off US 42 in the rapidly growing southern portion of Florence. It was built in 1994 and renumbered in 2014 to Station 1 when the new Station 3 opened on Ted Bushelman Drive. Engine 103 and Squad 115 were relocated to the new Station 3 at that time.
